Some steak and chips for Tuesday, or maybe just a stupid question that nobody ever asks, #0

It's Tuesday, so it's time for...

Stupid Questions that nobody ever asks. This one is part 0 because if it was part one I'd have to come up with a stupid question, and I can't think of one.. oh I have plenty of stupid questions but I can't think of the right one.. you know.. a clever one..

er...

I'm thinking kettles, but anything more specific than that I will save for the numbered entries.

I'm sad I know.

Talking of kettles, there's an Eco-kettle on the market. Want to know how it works? It's stunningly simple. You fill it up, then select whether you want one, two, three, or more cups worth of water to boil. Yes, it's true, and allegedly it's won awards. How brilliant of the inventor to integrate the cup into the kettle. When I make tea or coffee I have to go to all the trouble of filling my mug with water and then pouring it into the kettle. Thank you eco-kettle for saving this most annoying and time-consuming step... an invention to rank alongside that of the silicon-chip.

What a great idea.. all this time since the days when fine folk had servants to do all the tedious tea getting stuff, until that particular problem has finally been rectified by technology.. I mean.. they've made vacuum cleaners, bulldozers, super machinery for everything.. but what about the tea huh? Thankfully that question has finally been answered.
