I may have some characteristics in common with what is generally thought of as a robot. I walk upright, I have hands, I speak English. I'm even able to solve problems, and the odd equation, all on my own without any extra technology. However... I'm not a robot. Despite being upright I have a soft, squishy sort of form, which bleeds when pricked, and needs food for fuel. I speak in lilting, uneven tones, and well, to be honest, to solve any more than the most simple of equations takes me time and usually some help. I like music, I cry, I breathe. Basically I'm an organic being. A sentient kind of the genius homo and the subspecies homo sapien sapien. I had to look that up in order to be certain I'd get it right, and not look stupid. That is very uncharacteristic of a robot for at least 3 different reasons.
Now you (that is the universal "you") know. And specifically blogger, the site I am writing on now, on the blog created by and signed in with password by me, this non robot human person. I've given ample evidence for myself not being a robot, so you don't have to keep asking me.. kay? Oh and by the way, even if I was, then it's still my blog and as already mentioned I already signed in so, trust me, I'm me.
Glad we settled that.

I assure you, that I am most certainly, under no circumstances, a robot.

Updates schmupdates!
Just how often do you have to update a site? I'm not expecting an answer on that one, it probably "depends" and there isn't a clear cut time frame anyway, just.. "often" I suppose.. or "often enough" which is usually yearly, or bi-yearly or quarterly even depending on various things about the site which I can't figure out.
My personal answer is "too bloody often". I think that some of them update just because you're like, supposed to, so they tweak things a tiny bit, they rearrange buttons, make it look slightly different so you have to get used to things all over again, sometimes put in a new feature which is useful for someone somewhere but I've never been able to figure out who, and they always, "literally" always get rid of some universally useful, nay necessary feature which it's a no brainer that you should have. Like being able to rearrange things by date for instance. This should be on everything! Everything that comes in lists anyway.. and it should automatically go to reverse chronological in fact that's how everything should by default be ordered always without exception but what do they do instead? They get rid of the possibility of arranging your list like that at all? While adding some other useless feature that no one will ever use or want to use for anything ever, and putting a border around the buttons which pretty much exclusively looks crap.
Oh and other stuff.. but that's the example I can think of now.. but they're always doing it, always!
*goes off and grumbles about facebook and youtube and whatever*

Off with their heads!
You may have noticed that Blogger is acting like a total fat fuck at the moment. There are difficulties in posting, difficulties in commenting, difficulties in just being. I'm quite displeased with the situation. I mean I don't really have anything to write, but if I did, and it was well thought out and long and everything, and then I lost it all, I'd be seriously dismayed.
As it is there's no point in coming up with anything terribly witty or clever because it would probably just get lost. I was trying to posts comments earlier, and in fact came up with a comment which fit in both the witty and clever categories, and it wouldn't bloody post!
Needless to say, I am very irate with the situation. In my opinion Blogger deserves a whack on the ass! In fact, I think they deserve more than that. They need to be disciplined harshly to the full extent of the law. A public flogging would be sufficiently humiliating as well as painful.
No. It's not good enough. I think we need to bring in the death penalty here, it's just not used enough in these kinds of situations. And none of thlose humane modern methods. The anguish they've caused me deserves nothing less than full on long drawn out painful medieval type executions. Burning at the stake perhaps. A good old fashioned hanging.
Beheading. I think they deserve nothing less than to lose their heads.
