This month.
Ride the metro, make coffee in the microwave, teach English, make videos, write a blog post (as of completion of this one) minutely improve my skill at video editing or at least increase my knowledge (of said editing), play the guitar, study French, eat toastie sausages with microwave eggs, sing.. albeit badly, bathe in a bucket, apply for and get ignored and a few times replied to and then rejected for several employment positions, compose and perform a song, take photos of a window and eat Chinese food.
I did some other stuff too but I didn't feel it was worth mentioning.

If kisses were tuna.
Do you ever, just as you're going about your day, randomly make up a song in your head, like about the cat, for instance, you toy with ideas for verses and even a bit of a bridge but so far you've really only composed the main line of the chorus, that's your song, and then get it stuck in your head and sing it over and over all day, both in your head and out loud?
Well that happened to me, actually living through it at the moment..

Before the red curtain.
It's weird, this movie making stuff. I can't even remember the morning, it seems so long ago. I'm sure something happened of note, but I can't recall what it was.
I remember the place. It was notable for being a lot more elegant than what we're used to, not saying a lot, considering we've been located in what pretty much amounts to a squat for a week, but this place is pretty nice, though it has a rather unimpressive entrance. I know some of what happened, shooting, waiting, listening, talking, being ignored, being in a small room with many people and lights on a very hot day. Sweaty. A lot of arguing and taking too much time for everything. I know that at one point the voices, the many voices, arguing, and talking at the same time became too numerous and loud that I had to leave the room.
Did a few scenes, not as many as were written down on the schedule, but did them. Lunch.. another scene and then I got roped into being in the midst of it all again. Just sitting, watching the performance, pretending I liked the song and the execution of. before a very Lynch esque red curtain. Many times. I had beer, so it was doable.. and I did a pretty good job, put some details and shit in there.. I kinda rocked this extra role, way more than my sucky job as a nurse last night.
It was quite fun overall.. one of the more enjoyable long stints of repeated takes of a scene in this whole gig.. though I already can't quite remember it clearly...

And so this is christmas...
and if I hear that song once more I'm gonna, I'm gonna...
well, not do much except for grumble that I'm hearing it again. I mean fuck, we know it's fucking christmas Mr Lennon cos you KEEP FUCKING TELLING ANYONE IN THE WESTERN WORLD WHO HAS SPENT ANY TIME AT ALL IN THE VAGUE VICINITY OF A RADIO!!!!
And dude, it technically isn't christmas for 9 days, though it is Chanukah right now.
Seriously, I "literally" never listen to the radio and I've heard it 3 times today! Once in the supermarket, once because I was forced to listen to the little clock radio in the kitchen because the computer there is a dead empty shell and I can't play my chosen tracks and once... well maybe I heard it another time, it seems like I did... but fuck! Fuck, fuck.. fuck!
Ok it's not that bad, it could be worse. I spent one christmas in Ireland. Make of that what you will.
It was christmas eve babe, In the drunk tank...

Nothing new...
I just decided to do the Friday Random 10 thing again. What the hell! It's a Friday and it's something to blog about without having to actually come up with something. So here.
| 1 | Chop Suey | System of a Down |
| 2 | Just Like Heaven | The Cure |
| 3 | Shoplifting | The Slits |
| 4 | Nazi Punks Fuck Off | Dead Kennedys |
| 5 | Wuthering Heights | Kate Bush |
| 6 | Rapture | Blondie |
| 7 | Gigantic | The Pixies |
| 8 | Identity | X-Ray Specs |
| 9 | American Caesar | Iggy Pop |
| 10 | Girls and Boys | Blur |
Well, it's kind of random-ish. I sorta skipped over the stuff that was really embarrassing. As opposed to the stuff that's just a little embarrassing.
